Each presentation will be graded. If you are absent from a presentation session or you choose to present nothing during the session, you will receive a grade of "0" for that presentation.

Only legitimate excuses, such as illness, will be accepted for not presenting work at the scheduled times, in which case you should notify the instructor before the critique. Equipment failures and lost or damaged files will not be accepted as legitimate excuses, either for critiques or for submissions.

For every scheduled group critique you must present your solution to the group in a state of completion suitable for group discussion. Be prepared to present your work at the beginning of the period. Be sure to have all needed files within a clearly labeled folder and imbed the fonts you need into your Director movie. You will be allotted 7 to 14 minutes for your individual presentation, with no more than half of the time for showing your piece and the remaining time for discussion.
