| Submissions |
Unless announced otherwise, each project must be submitted one week
after the final critique for that project. Projects not submitted by
that time will be graded 0%.
The group critiques or individual consultations do not count as submissions. Simply loading your project on the presentation computer for your scheduled presentation does not constitute a project submission. You are expected to make improvements as a result of the critique. In addition, you should not rely on the presentation computer for permanent storage of your projects. Student files are often deleted from the presentation computer, accidentally or deliberately. Be certain to submit your project in the folder designated by your instructor for the project. Your folder that contains all of your project should be labeled with your name, last name first followed by your first name without any punctuation and using standard practice for upper and lower case for proper names, eg: "Rozak Tony". Submit only the best version of your project. Do not submit image or sound files for images or sounds that are already imbedded in your project. For Director projects, do not submit Shockwave files. Do not submit font files. Only legitimate excuses will be accepted for not submitting work at the scheduled times, in which case your instructor must be notified before the due date. If you do not submit all of the required work for the course and your instructor does not agree verbally or in writing to give you an incomplete, or you do not officially resign from the course, your final grade for the course will be determined by averaging the grades for each of the submitted projects with grades of 0 for each project not submitted. |
